Chapter Thonglor 25 “Minimal LuxuryCondominium” features two low rise condominium buildings located in Thonglor 25alley.

Tectonix景观事务所受Pruksa房地产公共有限公司任命作为景观设计顾问，深入研究了实地属性、场地限制、目标客户情况、相关法规和其他设计顾问的相关设计理念，最后提出了两个不同事物之间的设计概念“并置”，即它们可以很好地相融，形成强烈的视觉冲击力以及功能灵活性。

Appointed by Pruksa Real EstatePublic Company Limited as a landscape design consultant, Landscape Tectonixintensively researched on the physical attributes, site constraints, targetcustomer profiles, regulations and relevant design input from other designconsultants then came up with the design concept “Juxtaposition” between twodifferent things that can be placed nicely together with a little contrastcreating the strong visual impact as well as the flexibility in functionality.

落客区按照设计师的建议使用白色华盖廊道，以组织A塔和B塔与公共区域之间的连接，在有限的空间内定义公共和私人区域之间的过渡，并在引导住户到达时发挥特殊功能。

At the drop-off, white canopy walk isproposed in order to organize the connectivity between tower A and tower B tothe common areas, to define the transition between public and private areaswithin limited space and to create the special feature at the arrival.

内部庭院设有L形白色大理石游泳池和花园，住户可在此欣赏周围住宅单元的宜人景色。抬升的泳池同时是一个带水龙头的按摩浴缸，被成为一个景观亮点，在郁郁葱葱绿色植物中创造了一点动态和声响。

The internal courtyard features theL-shape white marble swimming pool and the garden settings, as the pleasantview for the residential units surrounded. Raised-up pool, as a Jacuzzi withwaterspout, is proposed to be a landscape feature creating sense of auditoryamong the greenery.

泳池露台作为建筑空隙的一部分，可直接俯瞰泳池景观，在各个楼层都营造出社交和私人空间，既是一个泳池，同时也可作为会谈场所。

The pool terrace, as part of thebuilding’s void, directly overlooks to the pool view with various levelscreating both social and private spaces as well as serving for pool functionand meeting place concurrently.

树屋从地面抬升，以最大限度地扩大绿地面积，这是一个灵活的使用空间，可以欣赏到花园和泳池最棒的景观。

A tree house, intentionally raised upfrom the ground to maximize the green area, is a place with flexible usestaking the best view of both garden and pool.

花园以一系列小型模块化花盆为特色绘制出图案，这些花盆中种植着各种纹理、形态和颜色的植物，在B座前营造出一种亲密感。松散铺设的鹅卵石、木制座椅和一簇栓皮树组成良好的景观氛围，营造出人性化的空间。

The pattern garden features a seriesof small modular planters with various textures, forms and colors of plantcreating a sense of intimacy in front of Tower B. Loosely laid pebble, timberseat and a cluster of cork trees are well composed to create a human-scalespace.
