项目位于成都高新区拥有着「潮奢圣地」与「时髦生活方式聚集地」Tag的银泰中心in99。作为城南金融城的核心商圈,in99大量高净值年轻潮流人群,辐射西南的商务高管、城市新贵等消费主力的加入,使之发展节奏逐渐趋同于经济主义至上的一线城市。
The project is located in the Yintai Center in99 in Chengdu High-tech Zone, which has the Tags of "Holy Land of Trendy Luxury" and "Gathering of Trendy Lifestyle". As the core business district of Chengnan Financial City, in99 has a large number of high-net-worth young trendy people, business executives and urban upstarts who radiate from the southwest, and other major consumers, making its development pace gradually converge with first-tier cities where economicism is paramount.
我们有意将日式深邃禅意,植入琳琅又匆忙的走道,以禅林寺「红叶狩」之夜,月影覆于赤枫之「静」,作为成都的「原始共性」提炼,试图唤起大众对这座城市原始的「慢」的集体认知。毕竟,蓉城本自的悠游、安逸、淡泊的独特人文气质,才是最不应舍弃的「魂」。
We intentionally embed the Japanese style of deep Zen into the colorful and hasty aisle. Taking the night of "Hongye Shou" in Chanlin Temple, the "quietness" of the moon shadow covering the red maple, as the "primitive commonality" of Chengdu, we try to arouse the public's awareness of this The original "slow" collective cognition of the city. After all, the unique humanistic temperament of Rongcheng itself, which is leisurely, comfortable, and indifferent, is the "soul" that should not be discarded.

迂廊止步,得一叶蕨,立于玄山间。FAN JIN设计团队通过对「花町」品牌的视觉元素的拆分重组,拟暮霭里山樱随风肆散之态。玄山有小口,仿佛若有光。
Stop in the winding corridor, get a fern leaf, stand in the Xuanshan Mountain. The FAN JIN design team split and reorganized the visual elements of the "Hanacho" brand, imitating the state of mountain cherry blossoms scattered with the wind in the twilight. Xuanshan has a small mouth, as if there is light.
步入岩穴,以一条狭深的曲径,作为序章。当人的视野被大幅度压缩后,便会不由自主地将更多注意力聚焦于当下场景。
Stepping into the cave, a narrow and deep winding path is used as a prologue. When people's field of vision is greatly compressed, they will involuntarily focus more on the current scene.
足下的线性光顺着动线方向,勾勒出绵长空间的形状,予人幽深之感与诱力。凭着这股诱力,足以把人们一直引导至空间的纵深部位。
The linear light under the feet follows the direction of the moving line, outlining the shape of the long space, giving people a sense of depth and attraction. With this lure, it is enough to guide people to the depth of the space.
行至尽头,迎来一轮满月,视野豁然开朗。如水的月色,从层层叠叠的枫叶身上涤淌,最终被这晚秋里的大片枫焰,染得火红,漏到身上形成轻柔矇昧的光晕。
At the end of the walk, a full moon ushered in, and the vision suddenly became clear. The watery moonlight dripped from the layers of maple leaves, and was finally dyed fiery red by the large maple flames in late autumn, leaking onto the body to form a soft and ignorant halo.

枫之赭色,相较于传统的正红,多了内敛,褪了张狂,却同样散发出令人难以忽视的气场。它既是自信、权力、野心的代名词;同样也是从容绽放,能量充沛的生命状态。
Compared with the traditional Zhenghong, the maple ochre is more restrained and less arrogant, but it also exudes an aura that is hard to ignore. It is not only synonymous with self-confidence, power, and ambition; it is also a state of life that blooms calmly and is full of energy.
赭色的光源,穿着高跟鞋踏出坚实有力步伐的身影,她们相互映射,在某一刻找到了彼此灵魂上的同频。
The ochre-colored light source, wearing high-heeled shoes and taking solid and powerful steps, they mirror each other, and at a certain moment they find the same frequency in each other's souls.
出于对「私密性」功能的考虑,空间采取多面作围的处理方式,深色的微水泥材质,配合低色温的漫反射光源,恰如雾势侵入枫林。在静谧幽微的气氛下,筑起访客之间恰到好处的边界感。
In consideration of the "privacy" function, the space is surrounded by multiple sides. The dark micro-cement material, combined with the diffuse reflection light source with low color temperature, is just like the fog invading the maple forest. In a quiet and subtle atmosphere, build a proper sense of boundary between visitors.
天花板镂空刻出的十字架引入光源,与清水混凝土、竹椅、青松,共同营造出充满禅意的一隅。
The cross carved on the ceiling introduces the light source, together with the fair-faced concrete, bamboo chairs, and green pine, they create a corner full of Zen.

公共区域与美肌休憩间,以一扇障子门相隔,推拉之间,无声无息。
The public area and the beauty rest room are separated by a shoji door, and there is no sound between pushing and pulling.
以纸浆、亚麻、蚕丝等天然材质制成障子纸,因其采光透气性,柔和了特有的反射、折射效果,营造了一种雾起花隐的朦胧之美。
Shoji paper is made of natural materials such as pulp, flax, and silk. Because of its light and air permeability, it softens the unique reflection and refraction effects, creating a hazy beauty of fog and flowers.
清水砖墙、水刷石、抹灰等基础材料,通过对比例的调整,呈现出在柔光下颇具视觉反转的绒面质感效果。
The basic materials such as clear water brick wall, painted stone and plaster, through the adjustment of the relative proportions, present a suede texture effect that is quite visually reversed under soft light.
材质刚柔并济,纹理粗中有细,我们期待以质感间差异性的对比,得以更进一步地丰富建筑空间的表现力。
The material is both rigid and soft, and the texture is thick and fine. We expect to further enrich the expressiveness of the architectural space through the contrast of texture differences.
