KTM Chemicals office, locates in Göztepe Nidakule and has 900 square meters area, consists of 2 general manager rooms, four meeting rooms including one board of management, open office, reception, kitchen and cafeteria.

KTM Chemicals is a family-owned business that trades and distributes oil, oil products, petrochemicals, polymers and industrial chemicals. While creating the design concept, it is aimed to create a comfortable and fresh working area for company workers and to give a reliable and an innovative impression on the visitors. The rational interiors, which designed as repeating the existing building’s geometrical form, are created to respond this need.

The static effect created by rational spaces has been tried to be broken by dynamic open roof geometry. It has been utilized at maximum level of floor height to refresh spaces. The top cover design is considered to provide acoustic performance; painted the existing ceiling with the acoustic paint, suspended ceiling solutions with sound holding feature were applied where necessary.

In the reception area, to create a quality, strong and reliable first impression, light colors, hidden lighting details, and Italian Carrara Marble on the floor were used. Open and semi-open working areas are positioned to benefit from daylight maximum. In these spaces, axial planned layout provided by furniture and lighting elements is balanced with vibrant colored walls and visual elements. The cafeteria is considered as a multipurpose space allowing socialization and flexible working.
