继2017年的小白屋和2018年的玻璃盒子之后，十二糖迎来了3.0版本——江南岸新店。相较于小白屋时期的摸索尝试和玻璃盒子的硬朗线条，新店更显柔美温暖。主理人小五表示，十二糖一路走来经历了许多挑战，逐步积累经验，并且自己内心也开始变得柔软起来。在新店中融入了这些年所领悟到的东西，希望能够与十二糖的客人们共同分享。 After the small White House in 2017 and the glass box in2018, Brix 12 Patisserie Studio （below refer as B12） usheredin version 3.0 – the new store in JNA ART Park. Comparedwith the groping and trying of the small White House periodand the hard edge of the glass box, the new store is moresoft and warm. The brand owner Ms. Xiao Wu said that B12 hasexperienced a lot along the way, step by step precipitation,her heart also began to slowly become soft, all theseperception will be integrated intothe new store, andbring to the guests. 奶酪被咬去一口，展现出十二糖的空间高度非常理想。我们将整个店铺幻化成一块奶酪，并以雕琢和镂空的手法从建筑内部进行挖掘，灵感源自于“被咬去一口的奶酪”。The space height of B12 is very ideal. We imagine the wholestore as a piece of cheese, and excavate and carve it fromthe inside of the building with hollow out technique. Thedesign is inspired by “a mouthful of cheese that has beendug out”。 在店铺核心位置巧妙地设计了一座具有艺术品质感的楼梯，蜿蜒盘旋、纵横交错。近乎11米的挑空跨度使得楼梯更加犹如一件精美的艺术装置，成为进入店内时令人目不转睛的第一视觉焦点。A sculptural staircase is designed at the core of the store,winding around and running up and down. The nearly 11-meterspan makes the staircase more like an art installation andbecomes the first visual focus when entering the store. 弧线之美The beauty of thearc十二糖的logo “B/12″源自西点甜度衡量指标—白利糖度Brix。B/12代表最适宜的甜度12°Brix。从字母“B”中提取出半圆，结合“奶酪”的圆润弧线，与小五内心想表达的“柔软”不谋而合。于是，弧线成为新店的主旋律，从入口的隔墙、楼梯的平台，到用餐的桌椅、导角的吊顶，都如奶酪般游走在空间店铺里。The LOGO “B/12” is derived from Brix, a measure of thesweetness of western pastry. B/12 represents the optimalsweetness of 12° Brix. The semicircle is extracted from theletter “B”， combined with the rounded arc of “cheese”， whichcoincides with the “softness” that Ms. Xiao Wu wants toexpress. Therefore, the arc becomes the main theme of thenew store, from the partition wall of the entrance, theplatform of the stairs, to the table and chair for dining,the ceiling of the guide corner, all walk in the space storelike cheese. 相应的，奶酪色便成了十二糖空间的主色调。淡雅的，柔软的，我们选取了低饱和度的香缇奶油与阿拉贡红相搭配，既调和了通体白色的单调，又避免了过于红艳的夺目，二者相互映衬恰到好处。Corresponding, cheese color becomes the mass-tone attune ofB12 space. Light and soft, we choose low saturation chanticream and Aragon red to match, not only to harmonize themonochrome white body, but also to avoid the dazzling red,the two complement each other perfectly. 以材质对比显现空间质感Display space texture bymaterial contrast空间的质感是设计中不可或缺的重要组成，我们从自然中选取材料用以加强质感和记忆。用天然风化的石皮作为中岛的装饰面，与精致的无机水磨石地面、乳胶漆墙面、乱纹不锈钢，形成碰撞与对比。The texture of space is an indispensable part of the design,and we choose materials from nature to enhance the textureand memory. The natural weathered stone skin is used as thedecorative surface of the display platform, forming acollision and contrast with the delicate inorganic terrazzofloor, latex paint wall and stainless steel. 隐藏于二层的多变空间Avariable space hidden in 2nd floor上到二楼风格微变，转换成简洁明了的直线条。这里有一个隐秘的多变空间，可用于新品开发，也可用作直播间，又或许会成为新型餐饮的发生场所。线条风格因而有所变化，更加硬朗大气，象征着敏锐的洞察力与对新事物的高接受度，也让空间整体节奏有所起伏变化。Up to the second floor, the style changes slightly, ittransforms into a simple and clear straight line. There is ahidden and changeable space that can be used for new productdevelopment, as well as a broadcast room, or perhaps a newdining venue. The line style is thus changed, more robustatmosphere, a symbol of keen insight and high acceptance ofnew things, but also let the overall rhythm of the space upsand downs. “漫游”双管荧光灯“Roaming” – the dual-tube fluorescentlamp在11米超高挑空中，需要一款别致而夸张的灯具来搭配，我们选取了年轮公园（ZoringPark）出品的“漫游”双管荧光灯。这款灯具设计通过连接基础单元，可以实现自由组合与无限延展，进而体现空间的深邃。灯体形态受电影《2001太空漫游》发现者号飞行器启发，因而取名为“漫游”，意图激发受众对其排列组合及场景搭配的无穷探索。In need of a chic and exaggerated light fixture, we chose the“Roaming” dual-tube fluorescent lamp from Zoring Park forthe 11-metre high skylift. This lamp design can realize freecombination and infinite extension by connecting basicunits, thus reflecting the depth of space. The shape of thelamp was inspired by the film “2001: A Space Odyssey”discovery aircraft, so it was named “Roaming”， intended tostimulate the audience’s endless exploration of itsarrangement and combination and scene collocation. 一年四季，一日二十四小时，斗转星移，每一刻的光影都不同。微风吹拂着轻纱，看着光阴一寸寸移动，感知时光一点点游走，在奶酪般流淌的空间里慢慢静下来，梦幻而治愈。Four seasons a year, 24 hours a day, the stars change, everymoment of light and shadow is different.
