二、项目背景介绍Project background

鲁能星城外滩，拥有极致的山景、江景、城景，是山河天地集成的大境地。场地极大的高差、及繁荣商业过渡到尊享山居的空间格局，足以媲美香港兰桂坊到太平山顶，是平凡到尊贵的空间格局。远离城市又眺望城市，是这种尊贵的核心。兰桂腾芳，瞰江御廊，展示区以“兰桂腾芳，瞰江御廊”为主题，引申出对城市与自然的思考，从城市逐步到达山林之中的过程充满了戏剧性的设计。本案紧密结合现状条件，在浩荡宏伟的临江山居中寻找灵感，找出对应的关系，探讨城市到达星城外滩售楼部的七镜六景。

The theme of the exhibition area is "Languitenfang, Overlooking the Royal Gallery", which extends the thinking on the city and nature. The process from the city to the mountain forest is full of dramatic design. The case closely combined with the current conditions, in the vast and magnificent riverside mountain to find inspiration, find out the corresponding relationship, discuss the city to the bund sales department of the city every single scene.

重庆，名城危踞层岩上，鹰瞵鹗视雄三巴；山在城中，城在山中，长江水绕，是谓山水之城；重庆拥有深厚的文化底蕴，几千年的历史让她更包容，我们在这新城之上，以山城雅号“字水宵灯”为引，造山城夜色降临时万家灯火与江景相辉映的漫天星汉。

售楼部位于高山之上，三个高压塔给设计带来了极大的挑战，如何利用空间引导、屏蔽这些不利因素，组织最优的体验动线是设计中需要解决的重要问题；景观设计提炼建筑现代而富有张力的风格及形态，将山的力量感与形态感在空间中不断折叠，创造多维度的山与视线的交叠；折叠出最独特的雾都。

在星城外滩，我们拥有极致而艺术化的山景、江景、城景。我们像打开折纸一样翻开场地空间,沿山而上的体验线通过极大的高差把人从繁荣的商业空间引向尊享的山居空间,这足以媲美香港兰桂坊到太平山顶从平凡到尊贵的格局，是兰桂腾芳，瞰江御廊的雾都之境。居山，于山取景，取山韵与建筑融合又抽离，形成空间的形态；居星城，取“字水宵灯”的星光弥漫到细节之中，营造精巧与梦幻的浪漫体验。

我们希望”人”能成为空间体验的主角，空间是围绕着人的感受来塑造的，当移动中的人成为画面中的主角，动线以及墙体的设计让每个空间的人出现。建筑与廊、水在光影中不断折叠，人是空间体验的主角，时间也在这里被翻转，我们不知道下一个转角出现的是山、是水、是光、是影还是我们自己，每一个转角都充满惊喜。

We hope that "people" can become the protagonist of the space experience. The space is shaped around people's feelings. When people in motion become the protagonist of the picture, the design of moving lines and walls enables people in each space to appear. The building, corridor and water are constantly folding in the light and shadow. People are the protagonist of the space experience, and time is also reversed here. We don't know whether the mountain, water, light, shadow or ourselves will appear in the next corner, and each corner is full of surprises.

瀑庭惊喜：在漫长的登山道上，我们利用场地9米高差设置了高山瀑布。场地开挖过程中，惊现巨石；我们现场调整方案，让巨石与设计融合，降低施工难度的同时保留了山的肌理。

Waterfall surprise: On the long climbing path, we set up a mountain waterfall with a height difference of 9 meters. In the process of site excavation, huge stones were discovered. We adjusted the plan on site to integrate the boulder with the design, reducing the construction difficulty while retaining the texture of the mountain.

重庆的水与山一样名声远扬。沿着蜿蜒的山路向上走，远远便能听闻哗哗水声，走近便见到叠瀑从山上倾泻而下，瀑庭是隐秘山居归家路上高山流水之景的象征；售楼处座落于水的台地之上，在这里能感受到不同平面上的水时时倒影，或倒影建筑，或倒影天空与树，水的台地便有了更丰富的质感。

雾都的魅力来自她独特的地理形态与人文积淀，星城提供了一个新的视角来看雾都，让我们在欣赏她的一瞬间，忘记时间与空间，也许这就是她本来的模样，是世界本来的样子。

建设回顾：

大悬挑廊架：为保证连廊临水一侧无立柱，我们需要实现4.2米的悬挑。经验丰富的项目负责人、结构设计师、甲方结构设计师及施工单位三方反复核算及验证，确保廊架安全实施。

Large cantilever gallery: In order to ensure that there is no column on the side adjacent to the water of the corridor, we need to realize a 4.2m cantilever. Experienced project leaders, structural designers, party A's structural designers and construction units repeatedly accounting and verification, to ensure the safety of the corridor frame implementation.

石质边坡美化：场地位于石质山顶，周边环境复杂及坡度较大。为解决护坡绿化问题，经多方讨论，采用土工格加锚杆形式固土，覆土后植被覆绿。

Stone slope beautification: the site is located at the top of the stone mountain, with complex surrounding environment and large slope. In order to solve the problem of slope protection and afforestation, the geogrid and anchor rod were used to fix the soil, and the vegetation was covered with green after covering the soil.
