The town centerwith high-density of population and oldinfrastructure needs upgrading as so well openspaces, in order to have a better Living conditioninthe urban environment. As a result, some land aroundcity skirts for agricultureare transformed andreused as recreational community parks playingdifferent roles during the urbanization process.▼公园鸟瞰图，bird-eye’s view of the Dayu Park©张海初到场地考察，看到的是一片荒草。就像国内许多项目现场一样，“三通一平”的交地标准使得原有场地的一切历史都被抹去。项目周边倒是生机勃勃：北侧民房底层是各种小作坊，生产各样现代服饰产品微小的零配件，从衣服拉链到商标，手套，鞋底等等。现代工业的末端链在这里可以深切地感受到。▼场地原貌，基地周边生机勃勃，original situation of the site, theother blocks surrounded are full ofvitality©张唐景观At the first arrival we found out that the historicalmemorize of the site have been erased as a flatempty open space being ready for new development.Interestingly the other blocks surrounded are fullof vitality: small retails for joint-ventureproducts as clothing accessories, gloves, zippersare opened in the north of the site, suggesting alittle background of the area.▼改造后公园鸟瞰图，bird-eye’sview of theDayu Parkafter renovation©鲁冰场地在前些年曾是一处鱼苗场，我们在网络上研究了它的具体过程：鱼卵在这孵化培育，然后育苗被销售到附近的各个鱼塘，完成它们非常短暂的一生。从空中看这些图片，大小格子状池塘及其不同的肌理和颜色，是并不常见的现代农业景观，更像是蒙特利安的抽象画。一片两万多方的土地，在历史长河中不停地被抹平、重现以适于人的生存。从森林到农田，到鱼苗场，到工业厂房，现在又将回到“森林”。许多人、许多地方都在很短的时间内经历了从农业时代到工业时代再到信息时代的快速转变。鱼苗场虽然只是一个片段，却是这片土地留下的不同印记，应该被尊重、展现和表达出来。▼公园分区概念图，program concept©张唐景观▼区域设计概念图，concept diagram of the scene©张唐景观▼公园自然片段概念图，concept diagram of each zone©张唐景观As a fish farm in the past few years, the sitecarried certain characteristic in landscapeperspective view. According to on line research,fish eggs were incubated from one ponduntilseedlings were ready to pick up; the fish retailerspurchased, fed and sold them to the markets. Thewhole process is short but shows typical modernagriculture in the region. Viewing from aerial photo, those grid-shaped ponds with distinct textures andcolors look like abstract paintings. The landscapetransformed from forests to farmland, fish pond,factories, has a chance now to be back as“forest”asorigin again. We want to rehabilitate their fishfarm grid and farming process in the landscapedesign. Even though it was just a short periodduring the rapid development process, the meaningfulcontext has the value for memorizing by the futurecommunity.▼大鱼公园俯视图，top view of theDayu Park©鲁冰建筑师藤本壮介希望将白云山的意向“借用”到社区，试图营造一种关于未来人居环境新的范式，将现场小规模工业景观转变成人与自然融合的“未来森林”。响应建筑的“林”，我们把景观定位为“水”；林是鸟的天堂，水是鱼的家园。大鱼公园，作为一段历史记录的短片，应塑造成为当地居民户外活动的重要场所。▼公园分区，programs of the park©张唐景观Japanese Architect Sou Fujimoto, who’s in charge ofhousing design for the community, has concept ofgreen covered towers as “forest in future”. However, they are hard to be ignoredeven at the beginning of concept. The design layout,road system, and entrance are all based on themulti-functional guild lines of the region.Stormwater management and run-off control are the basicsewer system in this project. The tropical plantscommunity provides diversity of species andcreativity of micro climate. Environmental educationcombined within the ecological system correspondsdaily life of the visitors.
