现代年轻人都拒绝标签化、追逐个性与心灵的释放，寻求自我是生活最纯粹的表达。同样，设计让生活升级，就是跳脱传统， 拒绝平庸。现代至简的设计语言，实现了情绪的共鸣，为人们拓展视野，唤醒想象。入口处门庭的设计拥有简洁现代的线条感，细腻而时尚；铝板拼接的墙饰面仿佛蕴含着该区域科技与创新的元素，伴随着流畅的光影线条，为示范区的景观风格定下整体基调，开启人们对未来经开区生活的想像。

水杉廊道区

由树林与飞鸟环绕的空间，渲染出了年轻生活自由自在的轻松氛围。现代化的都市方便了人们的生活，却也让人们渐渐远离了自然的真谛，人与自然间的亲缘感正一点点缺失。走在经开优+的水杉廊道上，我们寻回了这份久违的亲切。

连廊，让空间不止一种可能，无论是廊下空间的幽静，还是廊道上层平台的开阔，设计都运用穿插共生的手法进行处理，达到小中见大的效果，强化场地内部的环境感受，营造纯粹空灵之感。双动线的设计，完美地串联起示范区所承载的各个功能，进而展现出一个一个好玩、有趣、创新的微生活场景。

听泉，感知精神空间魅力

售楼处接待区

把生活活成艺术，生命就是你的艺术。设计对场所的建构正是源于对生活的热爱，在生活中感知城市精神空间的魅力，为人们找到自己的归属感。设计在售楼处接待区正前方营造一个环抱式庭院，人们穿林涉水，由游廊向前，便是一处临泉瀑布之景。

The design of the construction of the place is from the love of life, in life to perceive the charm of the city's spiritual space, for people to find their own sense of belonging. Design in front of the reception area of the sales office to create an encirclement courtyard, people through the forest and wading, from the veranda forward, is a Linquan waterfall scene.

The flexibility of the water cushions the hard texture of the "solidified building" and softens people's mood. The folded spring and water curtain from top to bottom form a double satisfaction of vision and hearing, allowing people to talk about themselves and listen to the beautiful and pure heart in the space. The waterscape interface created by the designer according to the keynote of the site form is generous, and the natural charm is sublimated here, and a feasible, touchable and palpable community ecology is constructed.

中心舞台区

星光水景平台将瀑布景观与主体建筑相连接，像是售楼处场所的一次延伸，巧妙的层次衔接，为空间气质平添了几分精致和静谧。当缤纷的霓虹灯装饰了房屋的轮廓，年轻的心与一座城市一起飞舞。每个人都希望有一处自己的精神空间，能够承载未来和无限创造的可能，正如水景中的这尊精致雕塑，在星光中绽放着自己的翅膀，在梦想的海洋中翱翔。

在这样一个休憩的空间中，人们进行轻松的交流和活动，肆意邂逅一段休闲时光。绿地公共空间打造符合年轻人的动态与活力，错落有致的草坪铺设，将示范区的体验流线进一步舒展。从张扬个性的雕塑造型，到动感活力的水景装置，再到点亮趣意盎然的草坪灯，设计将每一个细节都串联起来，把青春的气息有效地传达给体验者，在丰富空间转换中，感受景观变化的趣味。

设计打造儿童友好型全龄段活力环线，这里，是未来生活场景的最真实的昭示。大区景观的设计围绕运动主题社区打造“6768”景观体系，作为未来社区一部分的儿童活动区以跳跃鲜明的色彩和多样化的设施吸引着每一个大小朋友们的眼球，全龄化游乐装置，不仅满足不同阶段儿童的认知需求，还培养着孩子们的互动和创造意识，项目的品质感与活力氛围在此得到最大限度的展示与延伸。
