项目设计以“府“为内核，在风格上重点凸显府门隐贵气质，需要在设计后期确立一个元素，使之与整个场地气质形成呼应，将前庭、后院串联一起，营造全区的故事线。

It is necessary to establish an element in the later stage of design to make it correspond to the temperament of the whole venue. The vestibule and the backyard are connected together to create the story line of the whole district. .

“地缘”Geosphere

经过多方比对和推敲，最终确定以福清市花“桂”作为串联整个场地的元素，通过结构、重组，构建整个场地的记忆点。元素主要应用于灯具及售楼部前小重山景墙的细节上。

“府系生活”House life

项目设计以“府“为内核，在风格上重点凸显府门隐贵气质，需要在设计后期确立一个元素，使之与整个场地气质形成呼应，将前庭、后院串联一起，营造全区的故事线。

经过多方比对和推敲，最终确定以福清市花“桂”作为串联整个场地的元素，通过结构、重组，构建整个场地的记忆点。元素主要应用于灯具及售楼部前小重山景墙的细节上。

After many comparisons and scrutiny, it was finally determined that Fuqing City Flower “Gui” was used as an element of the entire site, and the memory points of the entire site were constructed through structure and reorganization. The elements are mainly used in the details of the small and heavy mountain wall in front of the lamps and sales department.

庭院样板房（COURTYARD）

项目经过多稿草图、方案模型推敲，在甲方团队、设计方及施工方的配合下，克服种种困难，从方案到选样、后期施工通力合作，最终呈现出理想的效果。

After the project has been drafted by multiple drafts and plan models, the team has overcome the difficulties with the cooperation of the team, the design team and the construction party. From the plan to the sample selection and the later construction, the project has finally achieved the desired results.
