设计思考

Preliminary analysis

项目位于南昌县象湖新城，象湖二路与抚生东路交汇处。依临赣江、象湖，生态资源良好。

The project is located in Xianghu New Town, Nanchang County, at the intersection of Xianghu 2nd Road and Fusheng East Road. Adjacent to Ganjiang River and Xianghu Lake, the ecological resources are good.

忆往昔塑今朝，引水为居，将南昌的水都底蕴贯穿全区，并拾取豫章十景的景观意向嵌于园中，重塑水韵芳华十景。打造“一轴（云栖水径）+两庭（都市园居）+四境（雅居生活）”的社区空间体系，且观一部动人的社区风景。

Recalling the past, shaping the present, diverting water as a residence, runs the water capital of Nanchang through the whole area, and picks up the landscape intentions of the ten scenic spots in Yuzhang and embeds them in the garden, reshaping the ten scenic spots of water and fragrant beauty. Create a community space system of "One Axis (Yunqi Water Path) + Two Courtyards (Urban Garden Residence) + Four Realms (Elegant Living)", and observe a moving community landscape.

设计中我们重新思考了“社区”的定义，希望社区不仅是一处住区空间，更是“人与空间连接”的载体，一如龙湖“空间即服务”理念，从细节出发，做一处有温度格调的社区。

In the design, we rethinked the definition of "community", hoping that community is not only a residential space, but also a carrier of "connecting people and space", just like Longhu's "space is a service" concept, starting from the details, we will make a place. A warm community.

自入口礼仪门庭起，由中心水景、景墙构筑、草坪空间、会客廊架构成了一条礼仪中轴，由动入静，迎接归家之人，使其远离外界尘嚣，踏入静谧舒适的归家之途。

From the entrance to the etiquette gate, the central waterscape, the scenery wall, the lawn space, and the lobby structure form a central axis of etiquette, from dynamic to quiet, welcoming the returnees, away from the outside world, and stepping into a quiet and comfortable place. The way home.

Chishang Boguangquan Under Shadow

循水声望去，是一处大型的迎宾水景，由叠水与景墙构成。主水景设有三层叠水，底层为涌泉，上层为叠水，泉影相映，水中有影，影中有形，静观天宇；景墙由石材、冲孔金属板及悬空的水帘三部分构成，虚实相接，强化对景意境的同时，也暗示着壶中乾坤的奥义。

The prestige along the water is a large welcoming water scene, which is composed of stacked water and a scene wall. The main waterscape has three layers of water, the bottom layer is a spring, the upper layer is a spring, the shadow of the spring is reflected, there is a shadow in the water, the shadow is visible, and the sky is quiet; the scenery wall is composed of three parts: stone, perforated metal plate and suspended water curtain. The connection between the virtual and the reality strengthens the artistic conception of the scene, while also implying the profound meaning of the universe in the pot.

漫步徜徉，便来到一处开敞的休憩空间，由阳光草坪和会客廊架构成，静谧安宁，置身其中，慢享时光，移步之间，尽为欢喜。

Wandering around, you will come to an open space for rest, which is composed of a sunny lawn and a reception hall. It is quiet and tranquil, where you can enjoy the time slowly, and you will be happy when you move.

Hidden City Garden Residence

一动一静，一趣一雅；童跃在左，朗庭在右。小区东侧宅间布置了儿童活动区，结合北部的登高面形成以“动”为主的活动园区；南侧利用登高场地打造运动场地，形成一动一静两种功能空间。

One movement and one silence, one interest and one elegance; Tong Yue is on the left, and Lang Ting is on the right. A children’s activity area is arranged between the houses on the east side of the community, combined with the climbing surface in the north to form an activity park based on "movement"; on the south side, the climbing area is used to create a sports venue, forming two functional spaces: one movement and one static.

儿童活动区以“龙小湖的奇幻历险记”为主题，将活动场地幻化为一望无垠的的蓝色，结合场地堆坡与一叶扁舟丰富竖向空间，为住区增加记忆点，给予孩子一个不凡的童梦空间。

The children’s activity area is based on the theme of "Fantasy Adventures in Long Xiaohu", which transforms the activity venue into an endless blue. Combining the slope of the site and a flat boat to enrich the vertical space, it adds memory points to the residential area and gives children An extraordinary space for children's dreams.

Yaju Life

半圃闲居话平生,一曲幽簧归居兴;醉里寻她花间影,飞云流风趣藏径。

Banpu Xianju talks about life, a song of You Spring returns to Juxing; Zui Li looks for her in the shadow of the flower, Feiyun Liu humorously hides the path.

利用登高场地及宅间花园增加业主的户外活动场地，使得场地功能复合化，既可作为移动会客厅，也可用作多功能运动场地及曲径花园。

Use the climbing site and the house garden to increase the owner's outdoor activity venue, making the venue function complex. It can be used as a mobile living room, as well as a multifunctional sports venue and a winding garden.

社区内设置有460m长的跑步道，并于局部节点放大形成热身加油站，人们可以在此热身或做短暂的休息蓄力，此外，还设有夜跑导航和里程标，于点滴间体现出人性化的关怀。

There is a 460m long running track in the community, and local nodes are enlarged to form a warm-up gas station, where people can warm up or take a short rest to accumulate energy. In addition, there are also night running navigation and mileage markers, which are reflected in the drip Humanized care.
