'Medule', a projectfrom Shma that presents an experiment of transforming compact spaces intofunctional living spaces. At the same time, Improving the living style to focusmore on functionality and take into account the environment in particular.Through this new design approach that manages to take up less space so that infuture days when the resources are limited, Humans will still be able toperform various activities in daily life to the fullest under a restricted wayof living.

根据收集隔离期间人们的行为样本进行参考，他们的行为主要可分为两类：直立活动（工作，进食）和半静止活动（放松，睡眠）。设计过程还包括环境数据分析，例如光线，温度，声音，气味，尺度和材料类型，以重新定义和设计最适合人体的环境。

Designed andreferenced based on collecting samples of behavior of people while inquarantine which can be divided mainly into 2 types: Vertical activities(working, eating) and Semi-sedentary activities (relaxing, sleeping). Theprocess of analysis also includes environmental data analysis such as light,temperature, sound, smell, size, and type of material to design and refigure anenvironment that is suitable for humans.

Shma将Medule设计为可组装和拆卸的结构，分成4个单元，每个单元都有不同的用途。

Shma has designedthe Medule to be assembled and disassembled into 4 units, each with a differentpurpose.

其中，核心单元（Core Unit）充当过渡到其他单元的连接器，作为中心部件，服务于直立活动。

In which anintermediary such as a Core Unit acts as a connector connecting to other units,it serves as a centerpiece and is a unit that performs standing activities suchas exercise.

单元A（UnitA）用于坐着和平躺的活动，如睡觉，工作，阅读，瑜伽，或是看星星。

Unit A supportsactivities particularly in the positions of sitting and lying down such assleeping, working, reading, yoga, or even stargazing.

单元B（UnitB）则用于坐着或站立的活动，如工作，烹饪，洗碗或用餐。

Unit B supportsactivities where people are either sitting or standing such as working, cooking,washing dishes, or dining.

单元 C（UnitC） 用作辅助单元，提供了一个额外的存储空间，同样可以作为宠物房间或小花园供居住者放松。

Unit C serves as anauxiliary unit. it provides an extra storage space for storing equipments,pets, or a small garden for relaxation.

Medule将为"未来生活"带来什么？- Medule Medule是一种通过减少人类用于增加自然面积的空间量的住房设计，对环境产生积极影响，有助于恢复有限的资源并节省能源。我们应该把大自然看作一个居住着所有人的大家庭。Medule可以作为空间资源节约理念的试点。从改善生活方式入手，注重空间的功能性，并更加关心环境。

What will Medulebring to the ‘Future Living’ ? - Meduleis a housing design that has apositive impact on the environment by reducing the amount of space that is usedby humans to increase the area of nature. This helps restorethe limited resources and save energy. We should be looking at nature as alarge house where we all live together. Medule can be used as a pilot of spaceresource reduction ideas. Starting from improving the living style to focus onthe functionality of the space and be more considerate of the environment.
