庙东排骨于2014年在南京创立，近年来逐渐发展成一家大型餐饮品牌连锁企业。随着品牌的开拓与员工的扩张，愈发需要效率更高氛围更好的环境作为工作支持，于是这个办公空间设计便承担起激发工作活力与秩序的功能诉求。

Miaodong Spare Ribs was founded in Nanjing in 2014 and has gradually developed into a large-scale restaurant brand chain enterprise in recent years. With the development of the brand and the expansion of employees, an environment with a higher efficiency and a better atmosphere is increasingly needed as work support, so the design of this office space assumes the functional demands of stimulating work vitality and order.

空间定位以开放性为主，保证办公区的最大限度开放之下，其他功能区块均匀分布，使得工作环境的效率显得更紧密。橄榄色的家具质感在粗犷锐利的裸露工业感空间里铺陈出独特的氛围，细节严谨而颇具活力。场所的原始感与陈设的内敛碰撞出丰富的空间表情。点缀性的装饰画与绿植克制地赋予空间舒适的观感，与整体有序性的空间融合性地达成平衡。

The spatial positioning is based on openness, to ensure that the office area is opened to the maximum extent, and other functional blocks are evenly distributed, making the efficiency of the environment more compact. The olive-colored furniture texture spreads out a unique atmosphere in the rough and sharp exposed industrial space, with rigorous and dynamic details. The original sense of the place and the restrained furnishings col- lide with a rich spatial expression. The decorative paintings and green plants restrain- edly give the space a comfortable look, and balance with the overall orderly space.

整个空间整体布局中，对不规则的场地选址着重营造出中轴序列，从而提高办公空间的通达性与功能性，动线联通的两块办公区域同时利用动线的递进对功能区亦进行连贯地置入。

In the overall layout of the entire space, the irregular site focuses on creating a central axis sequence to improve the accessibility and functionality of the office space. At the same time, the two office areas of the moving line are connected to the functional areas in a coherent manner by using the moving line.

大篇幅的办公区域中难免会显得单调，于是在工作桌的设计中增添一些创意细节，沿长桌两端设置的围挡才采用特殊材质，可拆装的靠内饰面为随贴的便签贴纸提供便捷，增强其办公桌功能性，靠外的面板以磨砂银灰材质易于清理维护，且迎合办公区的工作场景。同时在空间开放休憩区域置入街面店铺式室内装置，再搭配同色系的置物陈列架，使得这抹橄榄绿成为空间中一个视觉活跃存在，环境氛围的整体性却被一些反秩序性的空间元素增强连贯性。

A large office area will inevitably appear monotonous, so some creative details are added to the design of the work desk. The fences set along the two ends of the long table are made of special materials. The de- tachable finish has a notebook function. The sticky notes can be used as note-taking tools to enhance the functionality. The outer panel is made of matte silver gray material for easy cleaning and maintenance, and it caters to the working scene of the office area. At the same time, indoor installations similar to street shops are placed in the open and resting area of the space, and they are matched with storage racks of the same color. This makes this olive green a visually active existence in the space, but the integrity of the environment is enhanced by some anti-order spatial elements.
