The listed national monument of the Casino Tower on the Luxembourg Moselle was to be made accessible for tourism.

The project of a tower within the tower allows thus to bring in appropriate access, a bathroom and a kitchen but also contemporary technology without mutilating the historic structure.

塔楼是由12毫米实心钢材在现场焊接打造的，既是结构也是建筑主体。由于内部空间及其有限，设计者在四层空间中布置了各种功能和布局。

The tower is welded together on site in 12 mm solid steel and is both structural and architectural. Diverse functions and room layouts are thus organized over four floors and in the smallest possible space.

塔楼内供暖、供水和电力系统一应俱全，还布置有浴室、厨房、办公空间、炉灶和当地必备的葡萄酒冰柜。

The stair tower contains heating, water techniques and electrical supply, as well as bathroom and kitchen, an office, a stove and the, for the region obligatory, wine fridge.
