We!Park是Shma创建的新平台之一。旨在汇集专家的知识资源，可用的空间资源和当地居民的参与，创造为每个人服务的无障碍绿色空间，未来Shma计划将We！park开发为一个调解平台，以创造遍布整个城市的绿色空间。主要目标是每400米的范围内打造一个无障碍绿色空间。

We!Park is one ofthe platforms created by Shma. With the aim to gather knowledge resources fromexperts, available space resources and the participation of local people tocreate accessible green spaces for everyone and to develop We!park as a mediation platform tocreate green spaces spreading throughout the city. The main aim is to create anaccessible green space every 400 metres.

In the previousyear, we!park, an active platform for green public space development, has been focusingon solving city problems by allocating knowledge, understanding, and engagementat every level with diversified networks and partners in order to turnabandoned areas into green public spaces for people and communities. Using thisas an example of participatory space development where opinions fromstakeholders are heard and the spaces are designed together. At the end of lastyear, one of the four vacant areas in Soi in front of Wat Hua Lamphong, BangRak District, was completed and on behalf of "We! Park", weofficially opened for service under the name 'Wat Hua LamphongRukkhaniwet Park'This is the first launched area, successfully completed in every stage.

起初的“华南蓬寺Rukkhaniwet公园”是一块空地，面积为1，048平方米，位于华南蓬寺前的小巷里。私营部门给予国家发展的土地。由于它位于一个高度发达和密集的社区，作为拉玛四世路和苏拉旺路之间的纽带，该地点被公寓，住宅楼，寺庙，学校，餐馆，办公楼，酒店和购物中心所包围。然而，小巷中的区域也是当地社区的住宅区，邻近的社区是“华南蓬寺背后的社区”。它靠近重要的道路，学校，火车站和地铁站，成为一个潜在的连接点，可以发展成为当地居民和路人的绿色公共空间。

'Wat Hua LamphongRukkhaniwet Park' is an empty plot ofland with an area of 1,048 squaremeters, located in the alley in front of Wat Hua Lamphong. A land that theprivate sector has given to the state for development. Due to the fact that itis located in a highly developed and dense neighborhood, it is a link betweenthe Rama IV Road and Surawong Road, the site is surrounded by condominiums,residential buildings, temples, schools, restaurants, office buildings, hotelsand shopping malls. However, the area in the alley is also a residential areaof the local community where the neighboringcommunities are 'the community behind Wat Hua Lamphong'. In close proximitywith important roads, schools, train and subway stations, it becomes apotential area to be developed into a green public space, both for local peopleand passerbys.

通过调查和访谈，团队确立了“隔壁花园”的设计理念，旨在为社区创建一个“人人都有一席之地”的公园。场地被分为3个主要部分：一是由房子旁的山丘，树亭和凉亭组成，供人们休息，散步和听音乐等活动的休闲区域。二是邻近的草坪，鼓励人们进行诸如跑步，伸展活动等运动的空间。三是家庭作业草坪，主要进行教育活动。上述所有元素的设计都支持广泛的应用，例如房屋旁边的山丘和草坪可用于社区聚会活动，户外展览空间或社区学校的自然教室。

From surveys and interviews, we have established thedesign concept of 'The garden next door', with the objective of creating a parkfor the community where there is a space for everyone. The area is divided into3 main parts: 1. The hill next to the house, the tree pavilion and the pavilionnext to the house, serves as an area for relaxing such as sitting, walking andlistening to music. 2. The lawn next door, an area that encourages movement activitiesor exercises such as running, playing different types of sports, andstretchings. 3. Homework lawn is an area for educational activities. All of theaforementioned elements are designed to have the flow of activities to be ableto support a wide range of applications, for example, the hill beside the houseand the lawn next to the house is a contiguous area that can be used forcommunity gathering activities, an outdoor exhibition space or naturalclassrooms for schools in the community.

因此，为了使公园进一步成为“隔壁的花园”，社区将该地区公寓围栏的图案整合到设计中，增加了趣味性。为了使它与原始建筑和谐相处，增设了透水表面用于吸收水分以防止内涝，并过滤和减缓雨水进入土壤或水源。此外，公园还采用了适合天气条件的本土植物，并尽量选择对儿童和老人无毒或易刺激的植物，五颜六色的花朵能够吸引鸟类和蝴蝶，气味宜人的大树可以提供遮荫，过滤粉尘，另外还种植了一组可以食用益于身体的当地草药。当地原有的菩提树也得到了保护，体现出对社区和居民观念的维护。

For the park to become ‘the garden next door’, therefore,an interesting physical form of the community, such as the pattern from thefence of the condominium in the area, has been integrated into the design. Tomake it look harmonious with the original building, a permeable surface is usedto absorb water to prevent waterlogging including filtering and slowing downrainwater or water flows before it enters the soil or water sources.In addition, a selection of local plants to suit theweather conditions has been applied to the park. By trying to choose a typethat is non-toxic or easily irritating for children and the elderly, it alsoprovides various benefits such as colourful folk flowers that attract birds andbutterflies, a large tree that provides shade, smells pleasant, helps trap dust, and a group of local herbs that can beeaten for benefit the body. There is also the preservation of the originalBodhi tree in the area, to maintain the values andrelationships of people in the community.

In the near future, this park will be a small green publicspace that helps contribute shade, alleviate the effects of the urban heatisland phenomenon, as well as help slow and filter the runoff before it entersthe city's water treatment system. Maintaining ecosystem biodiversity,indigenous plants, as well as being a habitat for small animals. Socially, thepark will serve as a social gathering area for local residents to create asense of belonging through long-term management of the park by the communityand stakeholders. Applications of the park are designed to support the usespecifically of this particular community to facilitate the elderly in theneighborhood and students from surrounding schools. A space where they canperform activities outside the classroom or wait for parents after schoolhours. Overall, the park aims to promote the connection between people in thecommunity who can use the space together.

we!park与Shma邀请人们来华南蓬Rukkhaniwet公园参观。公园作为位于市中心的全新绿色公共空间，今年已正式开放服务。
