金普新区黄海之滨，项目所在地为向阳暖坡，背靠小窑湾东畔的原生山林。同时坐拥自贸区澎湃经济动力和国际商务区定位的发展红利。

The Jinpu New Area is located on the shore of the Yellow Sea. The project is located on the sunny slope, backed by the native mountain forest on the east bank of Xiaoyao Bay. At the same time, it enjoys the surging economic momentum of the free trade zone and the development dividend of the positioning of the international business district.

“寻梦山海”，这是一场对山、海、梦的感知与想象。

"Looking for Dreams" is a perception and imagination of mountains, seas and dreams.

我们感知“山抹微云，海远天高”的场地气息，想象一个空间，让万物糅杂，悠然之梦荡存于山海间，令人神往！

We perceive the atmosphere of the venue where "the mountains are moist and the sea is far above the sky". We imagine a space where everything is mixed. We are longing for the dream of living in the mountains and sea freely.

在有形的空间里探索一个场景，它蕴含着无形的生活追求，也留下了无数关于城市的故事。

Exploring a scene in a tangible space, it contains intangible life pursuits, and it also leaves countless stories about the city.

金科金弘基·春暖花开示范区景观设计的灵感来自于“天光云影，摇荡波澜”的场景，用大海的无极和人们向而往之的追寻之心，演绎出“山——海——城”的格局。

The landscape design of JinkeJinhongji • Spring Blossom Demonstration Zone is inspired by the scene of "sky, clouds and shadows, swaying waves", using the boundlessness of the sea and the pursuit of people's desire to deduce "mountain-sea--city” pattern.

【初见·云海揽翠】

在大连，山与海的距离，不是一座城市，而仅仅是一个家。

In Dalian, the distance between the mountain and the sea is not a city, but just a home.

金科金弘基·春暖花开距离海岸线仅700米，背靠一片原生森林，整个家都被安放在山与海之间。

JinkeJinhongji• Spring Blossoms is only 700 meters from the coastline, backed by a native forest, the whole home is placed between the mountains and the sea.

示范区的入口是我们从海边归家的第一步，设计在沿街的昭示面设置一处弧形的门头，以纯白色为基调，勾勒出一抹自在的惬意。其形态极简、纯粹、轻盈，自远处远望去好似一个飘逸的丝带萦绕在山间，轻巧而极具张力感，与整个山体背景融为一体。

The entrance of the demonstration area is the first step for us to return home from the sea. The design is to set up an arc-shaped door on the promenade side along the street, using pure white as the basic tone to outline a touch of comfort. Its shape is minimal, pure, and light. From a distance, it looks like an elegant ribbon lingering in the mountains. It is light but strong, blending with the background of the entire mountain.

设计选材通过定制白色玻璃钢和自然水洗面黑色石材的结合，呈现出精准到位的节奏感和飘逸感，自发光的白色logo字体成为纯白界面唯一的点缀，简洁而醒目。

Our selection of materials with the combination of custom white glass fiber reinforced plastic and natural washed black stone presents a precise sense of rhythm and elegance. The self-luminous white logo font becomes the only embellishment of the pure white interface, which is concise and eye-catching.

【转瞬·天光云影】

光阴流转，变的是四季的风景，不变的是我们对于蓝天白云的挚爱。

As time goes by, what has changed is the scenery of the four seasons, and what has not changed is our love for the blue sky and white clouds.

在这个转折的空间里，设计强调天与地的关系，通过一个圆环式的天井让场地与蓝天白云产生有机的联系。白色的光环漂浮在空中，净而澄澈，有着极致的纯粹，像是把天光和云影框成一幅完美的油画。

In this transitional space, the design emphasizes the relationship between the sky and the earth, and a circular patio allows the site to have a natural connection with the blue sky and white clouds. The white halo floats in the air with the ultimate purity. It looks like the sky and clouds in a perfect oil painting.

设计在有限场地中，对于空间组织、设计元素、场所语言都进行了巧妙地落笔。天井之下，是一处禅意的曼妙景观，模拟的小山体在庭院中心处盎然伫立，周边的苔藓和小草更像是生命的延伸，沐浴着阳光雨露，让人们不禁触摸到关于自然的记忆。

The space organization, design elements, and language of the place are all cleverly written in a limited. Under the patio, there is a graceful Zen-like landscape. The simulated hill stands in the center of the courtyard. The surrounding moss and grass are more like the extension of life, bathed in sunlight and rain, so that people can't help but touch the memory of nature.

【期许·河谷探幽】

幽谧，不仅是一种空间的感受，它背后的风景更加让人心神向往。

Quietness is not only a sense of space. The scenery behind it is even more fascinating.

信步向前，渐渐走入一个流线型的空间。

Walk forward and gradually enter a streamlined space.

设计利用景墙界面，在此形成一处神秘的景观峡谷，一侧是浪花的白，一侧是礁石的黑，在视觉上形成强烈对比的同时，也起到有效的指引作用，提升空间功能的便利性，为人们提前做好情绪的铺垫。

The design uses the interface of the scenery wall to form a mysterious landscape canyon. One side is the white of the waves and the other is the black of the reef. While forming a strong visual contrast, it also plays an effective guiding role and enhances the space function and convenience, for people to prepare their emotions in advance.

大海卷起一层层浪花，击打着岸边的礁石，虽然浪花消散，但关于城市的记忆却留在人们的脑海之中。此处蜿蜒的对景景墙设计把人们脑海中的记忆再度呈现了出来，将城市景观意境渗透到场地内部，形成连续的景观系统，来往的人们也不经意间发现城市的美，拥有一场独特的视觉记忆和空间体验。

The sea rolled up layers of waves and hit the reefs on the shore. Although the waves dissipated, the memory of the city remained in people's memory. The design of the winding wall facing the scenery here once again presents the memories in people’s minds, penetrating the artistic conception of urban landscape into the interior of the site, forming a continuous landscape system, and people who come and go unconsciously discover the beauty of the city and have a unique visual memory and spatial experience.

在设计之中，融入对自然的情感，海鸥雕塑的点缀，指引人们追寻起海浪的记忆，成就了一番沉浸式的体验感。海边礁石的粗旷与植物的温柔强调出奇妙的对比关系，将感性与理性合而为一，那前方的景色，更加令人向而往之。

In our design, the emotion of nature is incorporated, and the embellishment of seagull sculptures guides people to trace the memory of the waves, and achieves an immersive experience. The roughness of the seaside reef and the gentleness of the plants emphasize the wonderful contrast relationship, combining sensibility and rationality, and the scenery in front of you is even more desirable.

【欣喜·行云流水】

情景交融是艺术的最高形式，无论载体是文字还是空间……

The integration of emotion and scenery is the highest form of art. The carrier could be words, or space...

在峡谷的尽头恰好遇见跌水飞瀑，青翠与繁花和海天互相映衬，山与海，就这样在这里相逢。此情此景，让人们的视线和心情在售楼处前场的庭院处被瞬间打开。

At the end of the gorge, people will see the falling waterfall, the verdant and blooming flowers and the sea and sky set off each other, and the mountains and the sea met here. This beautiful scene in the front courtyard of the sales office catches people's eyes and gives them happiness.

大气的前场空间讲究与建筑的融合，整体延续下来的曲线线条契合着海浪的气韵，形成一个行云流水般的围合空间。庭院一隅设一处悠闲的休憩之所，在这里静静地品一杯清茶，惬意享受情绪的自然流动。特异造型的桌椅，隐现着一湾海水的波澜，柔美的线条更为整个场地平添了几分律动之感。

The magnificent frontcourt space merges into architecture, and the overall continuous curve lines fit the aura of the waves, forming an enclosed space like clouds and flowing water. There is a leisurely space in the corner of the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of tea quietly and enjoy the natural flow of emotions. The tables and chairs with peculiar shapes reveal the waves of the sea, and the soft lines add a sense of rhythm to the entire venue.

【豁然·海天一色】

大弧度线条强调出的空间感，不需要过多的装饰，场地的调性便隐蕴其间。

The sense of space emphasized by the large-curved lines does not require too much decoration, and the tone of the venue is hidden in it.

自售楼处二楼的观景阳台远眺，可以将整个海湾尽收眼底，形成震撼的视觉冲击。

From the viewing deck on the second floor of the sales office, you can have a panoramic view of the entire bay and form a shocking visual impact.

在视线的开合间，以现代、极简、流线的方式解决了场地高差，打造了一个地标性的大尺度景观，实现了设计之初最想要表达的山海之情，这不仅有赖于设计语言的统一，更是饱含着设计师们对生活的领悟。

The issue of height difference of the site was resolved in a modern, minimalist, and streamlined way with our sight moves, creating a landmark large-scale landscape, and realizing the feeling of mountains and seas that was most wanted to express at the beginning of the design. The unity of design language is full of designers' inspiration of life.

与自然共同生长，设计以一种精致天成的稀缺美感，完成了人们对湾区生活的全新期待。

Growing up together with nature, the design fulfills people's new expectations for life in the Bay Area with a delicate and natural rare beauty.
