前言|Preface：

江山云出·雲璟是云出项目收官之作，整体设计依然延续前两期云峯、云晴的森居理念、台地空间、流畅构图、以及色彩设计。与之前不同的是，本地块总体空间呈现狭长带状的形态，如何处理中心场地几乎被消防登高面占据的情况，并在此基础上创造活动空间，是本项目需要解决的核心问题。

Jiangshan yunchu·yun jing is the last phase of the project, the overall design continues the concept the demo area, Terrace spaces, smooth composition, as well as the colorful design. The difference is the shape of the project is long and narrow, the central site is almost occupied by the fire control space, how to create functional space, these are problems to be solved in the project.

设计师将原有横跨场地中心的消防车道进行调整，将其挪至尽量靠近南侧建筑的位置，给对侧建筑前留出道路空间，让园区形成环形归家通道，围合出中心庭院空间。道路两侧种植挺拔舒朗的骨架乔木，规避建筑带来的压迫感。

The original fire lane across the center of the site was adjusted to be as close to the south building as possible, leaving road space in front of the building of other side, so that the park can form a circular passage back home, enclosing the central courtyard space. The tall arbors are planted on both sides of the road to avoid the pressure brought by the buildings.

充分利用登高面之间的场地，种植特色点景树及花灌，加之景墙、水景、雕塑的的点缀，为长条形空间创造视觉焦点，打破一眼望通的空间形态。

Make full use of the site between the EVA, we use trees, flowers and shrubs to create visual focus point for the strip space, break the spatial form that looks boring at a glance.

在宅间区域营造社区纽带式景观，通过地形、场地、构筑的塑造，将社区功能自然植入，在有限的场地里为业主带来可聚会聊天的室外会客厅、可进行亲子互动的儿童专属空间、可放松身心的林下健身场所。一天忙碌工作之后，有此绿意与芬芳，可休憩身心，放松心境。

The designer creates a scenery community between the buildings, terrains、site and corridors, the community functions are naturally implanted. With the limited space it provides the future owners an outdoor meeting room where they can chat, the children can play and interact with their parents, people after one day work could relax and enjoy the moment.

结语|conclusion

江山雲出项目至此全面绽放，我们将最初的森居概念进行了深入的演绎，历时三年半的时间，在实践中验证了景观是在自然而然中产生的。充分理解场地，紧密结合原始条件，是营造好的空间的根本。

The project has been opened recently, and we have carried out an in-depth interpretation of the concept of "Forest Residence", which lasted for three and a half years. In practice, we have verified that landscape is generated naturally, and a full understanding of the site ,close integration with the original conditions are the basis of creating a good space.
