一、统一基本要求General Requirements for All Levels

1、具有国际/国内重点大学城市规划、城市设计、景观设计、建筑设计硕士学位，具备专业热情，思路开阔活跃，好学上进可塑性强。
2、中英文书面和口语表达流利；能积极有效地开展团队内外的沟通。
3、熟悉国内外一般性规划设计理论与方法，尤其是新加坡城市规划和设计; 有兴趣并且擅长规划研究，具有较强分析思考能力并掌握一定方法。
4、具有较强责任心,团队合作精神和时间观念、服务意识，能适应必要繁忙差旅安排。

1. Master Degree of City Planning ,Urban Design, landscape design and architecture from international or national major university, passionate and open-minded with learning spirit and competitiveness, self-motivated to constantly pursue professional improvement.
2. Strong language ability of communication and written by English and Chinese, being able to communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
3. Familiar and able to apply international and China planning and design philosophy and techniques, Singapore experience will be a plus. Strong ability and interest of planning research with good analytical mindset and skills.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, time management and service consciousness; able to go for frequent business travel when necessary.

@ 高级规划师 Senior Planner（杭州）

岗位职责：
1、国内甲级规划院/国际规划设计机构工作经验不少于8年，宜有高级技术职称/注册规划师资格或其他相关专业能力证明优先；
2、作为项目负责人或主创规划师，能配合团队主管独立负责规划业务顺利开展，带领项目组进行投标组织，合同执行、人员安排，对内对外沟通；开展前期研究、理念形成、成果编制、项目汇报，成果提交等，确保品质与时效；
3、熟练应用CAD, PPT, photoshop, Indesign等软件; 了解3D 造型软件及基于大数据处理研究软件如Rhino, Sketch up, GIS等；擅于开展专项研究并高度重视日照、风、环境分析等方面技术的规划应用等。

Job Responsibilities：
1、No less than 8 years of working experience in Grade A Planning Institute in China or established international design firm. It would be a merit to have certificate of senior level professional qualification, registered planner or other relevant professional capability testimonial;
2、Capable of leading planning project independently as project lead or leading designer to conduct pre study, competition, team and contract management, quality control, coordination as well as presentation and final submissions;
3、Mastering of common software of planning such as CAD, ppt, photoshop and Indesign etc, familiar with 3D modeling and date based research software such as Rhino, Sketch up, GIS etc as well as other related software. Strong interest on planning research and awareness of planning analytical techniques application on solar, wind, heat etc to address aspects of environmental concern.

@ 高级建筑师 Senior Architect （上海/北京/杭州/重庆）

岗位职责：
1、建筑学学士或以上学历，6-8年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉项目国家规范、技术以及相关设计工作流程；
3、具有设计的激情，积极主动，能适应高压下的工作节奏；
4、优秀的团队沟通和协调能力，熟悉工作流程，善于合理安排人员和时间。
5、与甲方有效沟通及良好的汇报能力；
6、有把控设计项目质量和时间进度的能力；
7、优秀的方案深化能力，对建筑材料、建筑规范、施工等有深刻的见解，能够解决各种复杂问题；
8、优秀的设计创新能力；
9、熟练使用Auto CAD、Rhino、Photoshop、Sketch-up、Adobe CS等相关设计软件。

Job Responsibilities：
1、Bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Minimum of 6-8 years experience and above;
2、Familiar with national specifications, technology and relevant design workflow of the project;
3、Passion for design, proactive, able to adapt to the fast-paced work;
4、Excellent team communication and coordination skills, familiar with workflow, great at arranging personnel and time reasonably;

O 执行规划师 Executive Planner（杭州）

岗位职责：
1、国内甲级规划院/国际规划设计机构4年以上工作经验; 有中级技术职称/注册规划师资格或其他相关专业能力证明优先；
2、能协助项目负责人有效开展相关各项技术工作，包括绘图、研究、文本、协调、成果提交等工作；
3、擅长CAD, PPT, photoshop, Indesign 熟练掌握3D造型软件如Rhino, Sketch up, 以及基于大数据处理研究软件GIS等；熟悉日照、风、环境分析等方面技术的规划应用等。

Job Responsibilities：
1. No less than 4 years of working experience in Grade A Planning Institute in China or established international design firm. It would be a merit to have certificate of middle level professional qualification, registered planner or other relevant professional capability testimonial;
2. Capable of supporting project leader to execute projects efficiently from drawing preparation, research to report editing and coordination;
3. Proficiency on common software of planning such as CAD, ppt, photoshop and Indesign etc, mastering of 3D modeling such as Rhino, Sketch up and date based research software like GIS as well as other smart city related software. Awareness and familiar with planning analytical techniques of solar, wind, heat etc to address aspects of environmental concern.

O 执行建筑师 Executive Architect （杭州）

岗位职责：
1、建筑学学士或以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉项目国家规范、技术以及相关设计工作流程；
3、具有设计的激情，积极主动，能适应高压下的工作节奏；
4、优秀的团队沟通和协调能力，熟悉工作流程，善于合理安排人员和时间。
5、高效、严谨的项目落地执行能力：

@ 规划师 Planner（杭州）

岗位职责：
1、高校毕业新生或在国内甲级规划院/国际规划设计机构1-3年工作经验或有初级技术职称；
2、能积极执行项目负责人安排的各项技术工作，如制图、研究、编辑、翻译、沟通及文本和汇报准备工作；
3、擅长图文编辑软件如CAD, PPT, photoshop, Indesign, 熟练掌握3D 造型软件如Rhino, Sketch up，以及基于大数据的规划研究软件, GIS等；了解日照、风、环境分析等方面技术的规划应用等；
4、接受以上专业在读或毕业的研究生级实习生，期限不少于3个月。

Job Responsibilities：
1、Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of working experience in Grade A Planning Institute in China or established international design firm. It would be a merit to have certificate of junior level professional qualification or other relevant professional capability testimonial;
2、Capable of handling various assigned tasks to facilitate project execution such as drafting, researching, editing, translating, communication and report, presentation preparation;
3、Proficiency on common editing software such as CAD, ppt, photoshop and Indesign etc, mastering of 3D modeling such as Rhino, Sketch up and date based research software GIS etc as well as other related software. Familiar with planning analytical techniques of solar, wind, heat etc to address aspects of environmental concern;
4、Graduates of above majors are accepted for at least 3 months.

@ 建筑师 Architect （上海/北京/重庆）

岗位职责：
1、建筑学学士或以上学历，2年以上工作经验；
2、了解国家规范、技术以及相关设计工作流程；
3、具有设计的激情，积极主动，能适应高压下的工作节奏；
4、良好的沟通、执行和团队合作能力；

1、室内相关专业，2-5年以上工作经验；

@ 高级景观设计师 Senior Landscape designer （杭州）

岗位职责：
1、国内甲级规划景观设计院/国际规划景观设计机构8年以上工作经验; 宜有高级技术职称/注册景观建筑师/设计师资格或其他相关专业能力证明者优先；
2、能作为项目负责人或主创设计师带领项目组独立负责完成景观设计项目，包括项目前期、设计与项目管理等，配合规划与城市设计、建筑项目或开展独立景观项目设计等相关技术工作，包括绘图、研究、文本、协调、成果提交等工作；
3、擅长CAD, PPT, photoshop, Indesign， 熟悉3D 造型软件及基于大数据处理研究软件如Rhino, Sketch up, GIS等；掌握生态系统运作原理及植物配置技能，熟悉日照、风、环境分析等方面技术的景观设计应用等。

Job Responsibilities：

岗位职责：

1、5 years of working experience in Grade A Planning Institute in China or established international design firm. It would be a merit to have certificate of middle level professional qualification, registered Landscape architect/ designer or other relevant professional capability testimonial;
2、Capable of independently completing landscape design related content, effectively carrying out relevant technical work as the project leader, including drawing, research, text, coordination, and result submission;
3、Proficiency on common software of landscape design such as CAD, ppt, photoshop and Indesign etc, mastering 3D modeling such as Rhino, Sketch up and data based research software like GIS etc; good understanding of the operational principle of ecosystem and the application of plant configuration skill; awareness and familiar with analytical techniques of solar, wind, heat etc to address aspects of environmental concern.

@ 空间模型设计师 Spatial Modeling Designer（ 杭州）

岗位职责：
1、建筑设计、城市规划、景观设计、环境设计或相关专业大学本科学历，有优秀的空间意识与美学表现功底为宜，熟悉城市空间环境与建筑尺度、细节、风格特征及空间数字建模技巧与表现；
2、具有2年以上设计建模专业工作经验，熟练应用城市设计、建筑设计方案三维 sketchup /Rhino 建模等相关软件，可以快速高效地辅助规划师、建筑与景观设计师进行前期设计方案空间模型分析，及后期各阶段三维空间模型完善与深化准备，协助项目组与效果图公司、模型公司对接后期成果制作与表现；
3、具有较强的团队精神及领悟理解能力，高度责任心，工作积极主动；
4、具有BIM应用经验或基础，熟练使用AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch up, Adobe CS等一系列相关设计软件；
5、具有良好的英文口语沟通能力为宜。

接受以上岗位的实习生，期限不少于3个月。

Job Responsibilities:
1、Bachelor degree in architectural design, urban planning, landscape design, environmental design or related majors, with excellent spatial awareness and aesthetic foundation, and familiar with urban spatial environment and architectural scale, details, characteristics, and skills on spatial modelling;
2、No less than 2 years of professional working experience in design modeling, proficient in urban design, architectural design 3D modeling by SketchUp / rhino and other related software to assist planners, architectural and landscape designers on spatial analysis quickly and efficiently in initial design stage, and improvement and finalization on modelling in later stages; to assist the project team on communication with rendering and physical model company during production stage.
3、Excellent team player and quick leaner, highly responsible with initiatives
4、Foundation or knowledge on BIM, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch up, Adobe and related software.

@ 商务拓展助理 Business Development Assistant (杭州/重庆)

岗位职责：
1、协助完成业务拓展及渠道推广，寻求新的项目合作机会；
2、协助完成客户维护工作，寻求与客户的长期合作机会；
3、协助完成商务洽谈以及商务文件、资料的收集整理工作；
4、负责完成各类招投标文件、服务建议书的编制；
5、协助完成项目合同签订、款项回收等工作。

Job Responsibilities:
1、Assist to complete business development and channel promotion, and seek new project cooperation opportunities;
2、Assist to complete customer maintenance work and seek long-term cooperation opportunities with customers;
