1.项目简介:

Project introduction:

2021年是中国共产党建党100周年,嘉兴作为党的诞生地,红船精神的发源地,被各界寄予厚望。为迎接建党一百周年、进一步提升嘉兴的城市国际化品质,设计重点围绕与群众息息相关的红色圣地、基础设施、公共服务、生态环境四大领域,提升城市能级、改善城市面貌、增强民生福祉,以高标准提升南湖片区城市品质、扩大红色文化影响力。

2021 is the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. Jiaxing is a meaningful place as the birthplace of the party and the red boat spirit. In order to meet the Communist Party of China centenary and improve the international quality of Jiaxing City, the design focuses on improving the city’s level and appearance, enhancing the people's well-being and live quality and expanding the red cultural influence in the area of red holy land, infrastructure, public service and ecological environment.

2.目标与挑战:

Objectives and challenges:

作为嘉兴的“红心”和“绿心”目前南湖景区面临以下两大挑战:

As the "red heart" and "green heart" of Jiaxing, Nanhu scenic spot is facing two challenges:

(1)“绿心”——生态环境有待提升:目前南湖片区水体浑浊、水动力不足且缺乏亲水空间,场地内多数植被过密、杂乱、有待整理;交通联系不方便:现有的沪昆铁路及南溪西路对南湖片区造成了严重割裂,场地缺乏连续的慢行系统。

“Green heart" is not green enough--the ecological environment needs to be improved. Currently, the Nanhu area water is polluted without water recycle and waterfront space. The site’s plants are mess up which need to be trimmed. The traffic is inconvenient - the existing Hukun railway and Nanxi West Road have segmented the Nanhu area, and the site lacks a continuous pedestrian system.


(2)“红心”:a片区风貌不协调:场地内缺乏革命圣地风貌规划,多数建筑风貌与南湖景区主题不协调;b旅游主题不突出:现有旅游产品年代较老且设置分散,红色主题不突出,缺乏主题游线组织。

"Red heart" is not red enough - the landscape of the site looks out of harmony. There is no landscape planning of revolution sacred place and the most architectures haven’t followed the theme of the South Lake Scenic Area. Tourism theme is not prominent: the existing tourist attractions are scattered, the red theme is not prominent, and the tourist route system is incomplete.

3. 设计策略:

Design strategy:

本方案突出“春到江南”的主题,将“红船魂”与“江南韵”融合,是串联整个方案设计的主线。

The design concept is "spring view in Jiangnan", which combines "red boat soul" with "Jiangnan rhyme" as the main line of connecting the whole scheme..

(1)修边幅,以水为脉,去硬还生,再现运河情:通过最小干预的手法,对现有局部已硬化的驳岸进行生态化改造,形成连续的水上游线及多样的生态岸线。

First, reducing the concrete barrier and bring the Canal culture back : through the minimum intervention, the existing concrete embankment is ecologically reconstructed to form a continuous pedestrian line and a various ecological shoreline.

(2)以苇片为语,重塑江南韵;通过水、岸填挖方平衡的设计手法,形成特色的水生植物湿地景观,打造独具江南特色的滨水风貌。

Second, reshaping the Jiangnan rhyme with reed:through the cut and fill design method, the unique wetland of aquatic plants is formed, which creates a unique waterfront style of Jiangnan.

3以多样、无障碍慢行系统为线,体现亲水亲民:构建连续、便捷的慢行系统,串联各景点,为市民及游客创造可达性强的游赏路线。

Third, designing a diverse and handicapped system to reflect the affinity for water and people: build a continuous and convenient pedestrian system to connect the scenic spots, and create a highly accessible tourist route for the citizens and tourists.

4建设开放、人性化的景区,凸显红色旅游区的国际范:通过布局现代化的休闲商业服务设施,以及桥、亭、台及城市小品等设施,满足城市现代国际形象需求及市民、游客的游览需求。

Fourth, building an open and humanized scenic spot to highlight the red tourism area internationalization: we create a modern international city image and satisfy the citizens and tourists’ requirements through the layout of modern commercial service facilities, bridges, pavilions, platforms, landscape elements and other facilities, we create a modern international city image and satisfy the citizens and tourists’ requirements.

5通过“初心”文化旅游轴、环南湖活力带的建立,开展红色旅游,再现红船魂。通过室内、室外的VR设备等解说系统,串联景区重要景点,形成特色的红色文化游线。

Fifth, through the establishment of the "original heart" cultural tourism axis and the Nanhu Lake lively belt, we will develop red tourism and reproduce the soul of the red boat. A distinctive red tourist route is created by connecting the key scenic spots with indoor, outdoor, VR equipment and other interpretation systems.

4. 结论

Conclusion:

通过以上设计策略,对南湖进行一次大胆的更新与提升,大大提高南湖的形象与地位。形成嘉兴市的中央活力区及生态示范区,在旅游层面加强打造泛南湖红色旅游目的地。

Through the above design strategies, Nanhu has significantly improved the image and status, which becomes the central vitality area and ecological demonstration area of Jiaxing, as well asstrengthens the Nanhu red tourism destination.
