项目作为示范区本身，除去基本的项目展示功能之外，如何在有限空间内创造良好的空间体验感，是一个不容小觑的“课题”。设计团队针对两大问题，跳出固定设计思维，将科技作为人与景观的纽带，通过炫酷的科技串联未来商业，打造梦幻都市的潮玩打卡地。

In response to two major issues, the design team jumped out of fixed design thinking, took technology as the link between people and the landscape, and connected future commerce through cool technology to create a trendy place for fantasy cities.

提取雪原、森林、鹿角的线条形态，用当代极简的线条与手法凝聚成景观的表达词汇，描绘具有生活温度的场景与氛围。

色彩color

主色调提取白色与金色，当极简的白碰撞上多彩的金，克制而不失温暖的视觉语言。

作为中海在北京南郊的智慧展示中心，中海•寰宇时代通过三个规模不一的互动模组，从风力、视觉交互与感官交互三大维度，为体验者展示科技与自然共荣的未来社区生活，更加紧密地联结人与社区的友好关系。

入口 | 水晶宫门 Crystal Palace Gate

为了体现未来商业的情景感，设计师在入口大门处以“现世童话”为题，通过开放式水晶宫的形式传达出未来居住空间浓厚的商业氛围和沉浸式体验。

“水晶宫门”呈三角形，高约11米，由不锈钢与玻璃交错构成，入口整体结构与左侧的“水晶森林”相呼应，抽象表达出现世童话的梦幻与未来感。

视觉交互 | 水晶森林 The crystal forest

水晶森林作为可与人亲密接触的互动景观，设计团队用简单的建筑元素，在有限的空间中创建与人之间的联系，15根互动感应柱，旨在通过该处景观的设计表现，表达未来生活的潮酷与乐活状态。

The crystal forest is an interactive landscape that can be in close contact with people. The design team uses simple architectural elements to create a connection with people in a limited space. 15 interactive induction columns are designed to express and express through the design of the landscape. The cool and happy state of future life.

灯柱采用透明的亚克力材质，兼顾白天和夜晚的效果，白昼晶莹剔透，在阳光的照耀下折射出梦幻的色彩，充斥在其中的气泡给灯柱带来活泼和灵动的氛围。夜晚，当人的手触碰到装置时，灯光随着人的手上下浮动，显示出绚丽的光束。科技的注入，让平庸的场地变成了充满魅力的场所，直观的视听反馈，将更大的激发人们参与的兴趣；另一方面，社区用科技与艺术的方式去表达，对人与环境，人与人的理解，无形中将形成一种共同认同的文化，让人们产生真正的链接。

On the other hand, the community uses technology and art to express it to people and the environment. The understanding between people will invisibly form a culture of common identity, allowing people to have real links.

风力交互 | 风动景墙

风动景墙利用动力学风力来模拟风吹的效果，当风掠过金属片时，发出清脆的风铃声。

风动景墙的系统考虑：北京常年大风，设计师希望借助自然的风力，打破静止的景观形态，超过10万片金属片组合排列，形成震撼的动态艺术视觉观感。

Kinetic Wall-the product of combining the concept of the site with the modern landscape. When designing this kinetic wall, the design team is always thinking about how to make a technological, dreamy and diverse kinetic wall. During the site survey, the design team felt the most impressive wind on the site.

风动景墙设计为森林麋鹿画面，先根据现场的结构墙面尺寸设置等距的竖向矩管龙骨，再将三角龙骨等距排列固定在矩管龙骨上，然后将风动扣板插入三角龙骨卡槽，卡槽会自动扣紧风动板。风动扣板的基础底板前侧壁设有若干个阵列分布的悬杆，每个悬杆挂有一个装饰片。悬杆前段设蘑菇形悬伸端，装饰片在靠近顶部的位置设竖向通孔；装饰片为方形薄片挂在悬杆上。幕墙由若干个风动板按矩形阵列方式拼接形成，风吹过时，形成水波涟漪的震撼效果。

感官交互 | “潮BOX” Tide Box

为了更好地展示未来区域的核心商业氛围，设计团队在场地中设计了一个高约8米、由大小不一的正方体构成礼物山形式的“潮BOX”。礼物山可以通过不同的屏幕展示出整体统一的画面，其屏幕覆盖率高达80%以上。当感应到参观者时，便会触发互动机制，根据交互者的手势在画面上有所变幻。
