Yangzhou, a time-honored city of more than 2,500 years, has displayed infinite beauty in a limited area. Just like a Chinese folding fan, whether fold or unfold, it is always telling a story of elegance and liberty, naturalness and civilization.

自古文人墨客对扬州情有独钟，此次与融创的合作，融合当地元素。于是，有了你看得到的镜、花、水、月，还有你看不到的背后一次又一次的思想碰撞。

From time immemorial, Chinese literati and poets have shown great passion for the beauty of Yangzhou. While in our cooperation with SUNAC China , our designers have fully considered and involved in the local features and characteristics of Yangzhou in designing this project. As a result, we can now have before our eyes a fantastic view consisting mirrors, flowers, water and moon, and find something more beyond, such as creativity and dedication.

光与影的流转，藏与露的智慧

The lights and shadows are wandering around us, and the wisdom naturally reveals in exposing and concealing.

以光影为媒介，在方寸之间玩味空间，通过藏与露之间的转化，体现出步移景异的格局。

The light and shadow create a sense of unlimited space within a limited area while the mixture of exposing and concealing brings a spectacle of changeable views within several steps.

丁酉年九月廿一，小雨淅沥的秋，庆幸赶在天气尚好的日子记录下她的样子。

On September 21st, 2017, a drizzling Autumn day, it’s lucky to have her beautiful image embedded in my mind here.

项目位于扬州江都区核心区域，景观设计汲取当地文化灵感，采用现代设计手法，结合建筑“新亚洲+现代”的风格，巧借水、植物、光影等自然元素，空间上传递美学意境。

This project is located in the central area of Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City. It has not only absorbed the essence of local culture, but has also adopted modern designing techniques and delivered a message of “New Asian and Modern” architecture style. The sophisticated use of such natural elements as water, plants, light and shadow offers a taste of natural beauty to our visitor.

不希望花哨扰乱了你的思绪，留了一些小心机让你去找寻隐秘的美好。

There won’t be too much to disturb your thoughts but some subtle and hidden beauty for you to discover.

项目设有两条互为相反的动线前往售楼处，自驾前往的你会穿过一条迂回的道路，这条引导的道路让人心逐渐沉静下来的同时，也会让人对眼前即将呈现的景致慢慢产生期待。欲扬先抑的含蓄美，符合东方人的美学观念。

Two ways from the opposite direction can both lead to the sales center. If you drive by yourself, the winding road will gradually calm yourself down and fill you with greater hopes for better scenery coming into your eyes. The concept of “ordinary comes before extraordinary” (The better is still coming) coincides with the aesthetic value of Eastern Asians.

沿路走出来，豁然开朗。

Walking all the way to the end, you will find yourself safely suited in a large open yard.

没有太多复杂的元素，灯、树、景墙，仅此而已，更好地渲染静谧的氛围。当阳光洒落，这里藏匿的美好光影优雅亮相。

There are no more complicated elements than lights, trees and feature walls, which are the most compelling evidence of serene surroundings.

而另一方向骑行或徒步来参观的人，首先直观地看到舞台化的场景，面宽60m的视觉长卷，震撼人的眼睛、直击人的内心。通过几个层次的景观布置让内容丰富起来，远远望去，高低有致，远近明晰、虚实相映。

While for those who cycle or walk in for a tour from the other way around, they will, first of all, catch a view of the drama-like scene. This scroll of scenery as wide as 60 meters is a jaw-slacking moving picture, which may earn the admiration deep down from your heart. With the layered display of landscape in this scroll, the view becomes richer as you look faraway and things of high and low, near and far, obscure and clear all in perfect harmony.

水中烟波观四象，俯首尽看四季景。

The world is seen through the mist above water;

And four seasons can be relished by a random wander.

这一池扇面静水，三棵造型优美的鸡爪槭漂浮于水面之上，优雅地诉说着东方韵味。白天舞动着小涌泉，欢快俏皮，迎来送往；夜晚点亮的灯盏透过轻盈的玻璃幕墙，与建筑、室内灯光相映成趣，静静地绽放着流光溢彩。

The tranquil water is glittering pleasantly in this fan-shaped pond, while three maple trees are standing steadily on the small island in it. Probably, you may tell that these trees are telling the most touching and enchanting stories of the Oriental by the way they present themselves. In the day, mini-fountains will jump up and down in the pond, which are as lively as some naughty kids in receiving and seeing off the guests. At night, the street lamps are lit up. The light will penetrate the glass walls and mix together with that shining around the building and that inside. The lamps are all shining unanimously and quietly, giving you a full opportunity to enjoy their glamour.

That is what we called “The enchanting garden of Changes”(Fan and Water Garden). Welcome you all to come and be our guests.

走近细看，圆形的镜面树池，映射着枝桠、天空与周边的灯火、跳跃着扇弧般的细节肌理，似时光划过，“境”立水中。

Walking closer, you will find a marvelous picture reflected in this mirror-like pond, in which the elegant trees, the sky high above and the lights lining around are all contributing as its most outstanding features. Most exceptionally, this fan-framed painting is unmissable because of its changeable scenery and 3D images.

围绕在树池边的一个个小涌泉，跃动的韵律打破沉寂，点缀着一丝恰如其分的活泼欢快；黑色的池底亦统一中蕴藏着变化，很好衬托着周边的一切。

At the edge of the small island in the water are some mini-fountains. These fountains will relieve the surroundings from dullness and add some liveliness to them. At the bottom of the pond, it is covered with black tiles, which is different from but compatible with the rest.

天光云影共徘徊

转而走向售楼处，在水院的灯饰旁停下脚步，惊喜发现眼前摆着又一幅画：折扇造型的景墙前，一棵婀娜多姿的绿树，和“水院”一起相伴成长，后面隐约藏着一些小秘密。

When you take the turns to the sales center, you may find yourself unwillingly stopped by some fancy lights. And to your greater amazement, another picture unveils before you: some elegantly shaped green tree is standing in front of a folded fan shaped feature wall. The flourish of the tree accompanies the development of “Water Garden” and the scenery behind the feature wall brings a sense of mystery.

建筑入口处则结合大型廊架，通过廊架的光影关系制造丰富的空间感受。行走在这条穿水的道路，让人从广场上的兴奋慢慢步入一种气势与仪式感，将室内室外空间一体化处理。

The entrance of the sales center is a large high-roofing walkway, which creates a feeling of layered space. When you are walking on the road crossing the pond, you may gradually calm yourself down and get endowed with an air of greatness and formality. In this way, there will be no clear boundary between the space in and out of the walkway.

廊架端头处以镜面水景的手法传递绿植、水、格栅与光影间微妙的关系。同时，抽象化的水纹格栅，营造出东方禅意。

At the end of the walkway, you may find a pool of water, whose surface is as still and clear as a mirror, vividly reflecting images of green plants, water, square fences and lights and shadows. Meanwhile, the wave-shaped square fences create an atmosphere of transcending and purifying.

景墙、地灯等看似简单的小品元素，也呼应“水”“扇”等设计元素，彰显出当下流行的轻奢主义生活气质。细节虽然往往不容易被看到，但我们希望这样的用心在不经意间被欣赏，也许会是一种惊喜。

Simple as these items are, the feature walls and ground lights are perfectly combined with water and images of folded fans here. The concept to be conveyed here is one most widely pursued in the modern world known as “light luxury”. Usually, details are easily neglected, but we still hope that our dedication will be at certain moment appreciated, and best of all, come to you as pleasant surprises.

售楼处有个隐秘的小角落，也许少有人看到，我们依然坚持用心打造。内敛的枯山水造型，也许就是它让你对这里心心念念……

In the sales center, there may be some corners out of your way and few will take a notice of them, but that is never something to be neglected by us. We may create here a view of withered trees and bleak mountains, which might linger in your mind for a long time……

一处好景君须寻，最是橙黄橘绿时。

A good view certainly deserves to be searched, especially at the most colorful time of the year.
