因此，景观通过在规划阶段的提前介入，与各专业充分交圈，共同参与示范区落位的讨论，最终将示范区选址选定在全区的东北角。首先，东北角作为前场，能够通过转角完整的城市界面，满足客户对未来商业街区的所有想象；而后场则利用未来大区的一整个宅间，作为全实景交付的示范区空间，泳池、廊架、跌水，尽显度假风情。

Therefore, through the intervention in advance in the planning stage, the landscape can fully cross the circle with other specialties to participate in the discussion of the demonstration area's location, and finally the demonstration area will be selected in the northeast corner of the whole area. First of all, the northeast corner, as the front yard, can meet all customers' imagination of the future commercial block through the complete urban interface of the corner. Then, a whole house in the future will be used as a demonstration area with full real scenery. The swimming pool, gallery frame and falling water all show the style of vacation.

——前场 The front

场地向城市完全打开，我们希望入口的景观是包容大气，简洁但不简单，通透但不通俗的。将景观赋予在空间之上，折线的构图使整个空间丰富生动，现代化的挡墙也让立体感更强烈。台阶的处理，拾级而上，一步一景，层层递进的空间，层层倾泻的跌水，由台阶向两侧蔓延开，形成强烈的仪式感；黑色的石材做底，展示出一种幽静如潭，潺潺似瀑的效果，将人们从喧嚣拉回到一个自然的宁静淡然中。

The site is completely open to the city, and we hope that the landscape at the entrance is inclusive, concise but not simple, transparent but not vulgar. The landscape is endowed on top of the space. The composition of broken lines makes the whole space rich and vivid. The modern retaining wall also makes the three-dimensional sense stronger. The treatment of steps, step up, step by step a scene, layer by layer progressive space, layer by layer pouring water, spread from the steps to both sides, forming a strong sense of ceremony; Black stone bottom, showing a kind of quiet as a pool, murmuring waterfall effect, people from the hustle and bustle back to a natural quiet indifferent.

——后场 The back

入后院便是投身于一个诗情画意的山水画中，跌水结合着无边泳池，隐于层层绿植间，丰富了空间的层次变化，增添了无限的情趣。在有限的空间中展现无限的风景，在有形的实体中展现无形的意境。

作为展示区的同时，后场也承担着交付后服务居民的景观戏水池，因此我们充分考虑到未来使用中的防护围栏以及基本的消毒卫生要求，寻找效果与实用中这一微妙的平衡。

As an exhibition area, the backfield also serves as a landscape pool for the residents after delivery. Therefore, we have fully considered the protective fence and basic disinfection and sanitation requirements in the future to find this delicate balance between effect and utility.

粉墙黛瓦，青叶碧水，多彩的元素和谐的交汇在一起，低调中是娟秀素雅，意味深长。静谧开阔的泳池两旁茂林耸立，水光熠熠，树影斑驳，营造出温馨宜人的氛围。

White walls and black tiles, green leaves and blue water, colorful elements harmoniously meet together, low-key is beautiful simple but elegant, meaningful. The tranquil, open pool is surrounded by dense forests with sparkling water and dappled tree shadows, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

曲径撒满光影，树植相映成趣，移步而入，眼前美景宛如一幅画卷，缓缓展开，万般风情，就在身边。

The winding path is full of light and shadow, trees set each other off, moving in, the beauty at the moment is like a picture scroll, slowly unfold, all kinds of customs, on the side.

闲亭之下风景秀，宾客往来话春秋。设计不应浮于表象，而应沉淀进入生活。漫步后院，闲看庭前花开花落，漫随天外云卷云舒。诗情画意就落在这枝叶间，就荡漾在这水波上。心之所向，眼眸变化了柔情。

Design should not float on the surface, but settle into life. Stroll back yard, see the court before the flowers bloom and fall, diffuse with the sky outside the clouds. Poetry and pictures are falling among the branches and rippling on the waves.

伏案旁的流水台，诉说着整个园子的有趣生动，细流涓涓，水声潺潺，岁月静好流进了这声叮咚。
