KaomaiEstate1955是一个有63年历史的烟草加工厂的适应性再利用项目。该项目旨在保护建筑遗产的价值和真实性，同时确保周围几十年老树的可持续存在。它的特色是从旧的烟草仓改造咖啡馆，露天娱乐的圆形剧场，与周围15个烟草加工结构和2个博物馆建筑的历史车道。
