昆明美的·顺城府项目位于昆明市盘龙区，项目位于昆明主城区域东北部，历史文脉深厚， 地理位置优越，北靠呼马山，南望白沙河水库，自然资源丰富。

KUNMING · MIDEA CORE LEADER is located in Panlong District, northeastern of Kunming City. It has a profound historical context and enjoys a superior geographical location. Close to Mount Huma in the north and Baishahe Reservoir in the south, the site boasts abundant natural resources.

项目定位为“城市公园 山水墅区”，藏山筑墅于中式意境园林，以山水之美、空间之美与意境之美打造繁华之中的雅趣静谧，院藏四季风光，营造城市中央湖山高端低密墅居体验。

The project is positioned to be a benchmark in the city center. Mansions are built around the typical Chinese garden. The mixture of natural landscape, space arrangement and architectural language offers unique elegance and tranquility and creates a low-density living experience in the bustling downtown area.

DESIGN CONCEPT 设计概念

设计灵感来源于《昆明行记》“波光潋滟三千顷，莽莽群山抱古城。四季看花花不老，一江春月是昆明。”

The design is inspired from the natural endowment of Kunming city, where lake, light, mountains, flowers and the moon combine together.

设计把昆明的滇池、石林、山水意境巧妙融入空间各处，美丽东江红土化作空间的情感色彩，与国际化家具品牌及艺术品对话，探寻一份宁静和淡泊，传递东方情感及当代艺术的生活方式，展现美的顺城府独有的品牌文化。

Design incorporates lake, stone and landscape in one space where water, tree and light, fill the space with an aura of serenity. When local elements meet international brands, a unique sense of lifestyle is presented.

BANQUET AREA 宴客区

接待以及私人空间以「诗性东方」独特语境下的设计表达，将山水园林的意境写入空间。

Poetic design language is expressed through the oriental design elements. Chinese landscape garden welcomes visitors at the front yard.

通过高达7米多的挑空天井把自然光接入，穿过中空彷如画框一样的栏杆看出去，自上而下的迎客松与负二层的植物相接，形成了一幅浓重的水墨画背景。配合着餐桌中央仙气缭绕的青苔枯枝艺术品，让宴客区彷如置身山水国画之中，尽显主人的优雅气质。

The void structure invites daylight and forges elegant and graceful impression with welcoming pine, and miniascape, including moss and sere vines, bringing visitors typical Chinese landscape painting at the first glance.

LIVING ROOM 客餐厅

随风潜入客餐厅，则进入了我们以现代休闲东方意蕴打造的室内空间。通过似隔非隔的玻璃屏风隔断映衬婉约润白的整体装饰，每一处线条，每一个细节，于虚实间窥见生活意趣。

A light breeze blows us into the house. The design chooses the single line pattern in indoor design, presenting the features of simple, elegant as well as graceful. The glass screen blurs the boundaries between exteriors and interiors and redefines the concept of space.

在现代休闲的装饰风格中，加入很多新中式的装饰元素，让生活充满轻松随意的同时，中式的尊贵感在亲友聚会时也融洽亲切。

Modern design is added with Chinese flavour and provides owners with harmonized and friendly environment.

BEDROOM 卧室

项目多采用布纹硬包，让别墅不会冰冷，一家人的生活在此空间内更贴近更温馨。所有硬包背面均设计了防潮工艺，让面积较大楼层较多的别墅日常维护轻轻松松。

The majority of the materials adopts Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), which makes family members closer to each other. Unlike the soft decoration that are cold and not easy to maintain, MDF is selected to make life cozier.
